Roll & Flow: Mysofasial Release Workshop
Reset your body with a blend of Myofascial Release and Flow Yoga. In this workshop with Eva, you will learn how to use self-massage techniques to release tight muscles and rejuvenate deeper connective tissues in the body. Break free and loosen up those sticky spots in your shoulders and hips. You’ll feel immediate relief from minute one! Enjoy freedom and fluidity in your movements as we flow through a gentle, embodied yoga practice. Working with touch and stimulating fascia will raise your inner-body awareness. Reboot your nervous system and sense yourself in a whole new way. All Levels are welcome! This practice is a great way to support you in your everyday life.

About Eva:
Eva is a yoga and movement teacher based in The Hague, with a focus on Body Awareness & Somatic Movement. Passionate about human's bodies and stories, she supports them on their journey to more curiosity, love, and acceptance for themselves.

Acro Yoga XL with Ronald and Paulina
Acro yoga is an acrobatic form of yoga practiced with two or multiple people ‘flying’ and ‘supporting’ each other so they can do new and exciting things. This practice is an excellent way to relax, recharge, and get in contact with your body. It’s also a great way to get to know new people and work closely with others. A smaller Acro Yoga class was programmed by Exhale in the past and was tremendously popular.

About Paulina:
I am Paulina Morales van Leeuwen.  I am a school teacher, yoga instructor and Thai massage therapist.  I have been practicing acroyoga for more than 8 years and I really like teaching it since I see how people are always surprised by the new things they are able to achieve, leaving their comfort zone, and connecting with their inner child.

About Ronald:
My name is Ronald Verlaan. I have a background in martial arts. After a motorcycle accident I switched to the world of yoga. Later on I discovered acro yoga which became a real passion for me. In daily life I am an ICT guy but in my spare time you will find me practicing and teaching acro yoga to others. I love Acro yoga because it is a wonderful way to make new friends while it challenges your body and mind in a playful way.
