Acroyoga is a practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. On top of being an extraordinary workout to help build strength and bodily awareness, Acroyoga is a group activity that requires establishing a solid foundation of trust and communication with your workout partner in order to perform well.
This workshop is an introduction to Acroyoga and is hosted by Ronald Verlaan and Paulina Moralez.
No experience is necessary. You will be partnered up during the class, no need to sign up as a pair!
