Hello pasta lovers! Join this workshop with Italian pasta explorers Antonella and Alessandra and learn how to make fresh, plant-based pasta. Antonella and Alessandra will teach you how to make pici (traditional long pasta from the north) and gnocchetti (from the south). To get into the autumnal spirit, you will be making green and orange pasta –– and of course you can take your creations home with you to share a delicious meal with your friends.
To go alongside your pasta you will make an original, alcohol free Italian Aperitivo too!
