This body movement workshop is focused on worry and anxiety and aims to support students through stressful situations of all kinds, be they study, work-related, financial, or interpersonal. It aims to create a safe space where you can have fun while learning new strategies for combating anxiety through a combination of movement, breathwork, and sensory exercises.
