“Emotions often get hidden behind a nice-looking package of pretending. But what‘s inside the can?” 

In this workshop, students will practise visual expression by designing pop-art labels for cans that represent and express their own hidden emotions. 

Artist Martje Rullens will use her own Canned Emotions classes as the foundation for this workshop. Through a series of guided exercises and discussions, participants will think about their emotional landscapes, uncovering hidden feelings and translating them into visual symbols and designs. 

This workshop provides a unique opportunity for creative expression, fun, and sharing in a supportive environment.
