In these workshops, we will explore photography from different perspectives.
The sessions will be divided into two parts: an introductory phase where we’ll discuss basic technical aspects such as focal lengths, the exposure triangle, and various compositional techniques, or introduce relevant photographers from history to inspire. This will be followed by a practical session where we’ll apply the theoretical concepts covered in the first part through fun exercises.
No prior photography knowledge is required—these workshops are open to all levels. If you have a digital camera, feel free to bring it along to practice using manual functions, but a smartphone with a camera, or a compact camera, will also work perfectly.
At the end of the session, we’ll review the photos taken, either on a screen or through prints, and use them as a basis for discussion and collective learning.

About the Creative Studio Sessions
The Creative Studio Sessions are an open invitation to get creative without pressure or expectation. Join our studio experts every weekday evening for a free-wheeling session focusing on a different artistic discipline and theme. These sessions are not art classes, but rather open-ended, dedicated studio time for students to explore concepts, techniques, or creative prompts as set by our studio experts. No matter your skill level, everyone is invited to join. Come if you are looking for new inspiration and ideas, or to try out a new skill. Your creativity is like muscle, it needs a workout!
You are also welcome to work independently in the creative studio during these hours if you do not wish to participate in the Creative Studio Sessions.
