Join our Creative Studio evenings during exam weeks to unwind, transport yourself into a different creative zone, and get personalised guidance from our studio experts.
Drawing is a practice, which means that if you do it regularly you’ll start developing first a "muscle memory" and then a style. But what do you do when you don’t know what to draw? In this session, we’ll focus on some low-pressure, quick ’n dirty warm-up exercises that you can do every day to warm up those muscles and improve your drawing practice. By breaking down a drawing into its different elements, such as strokes and shapes and tones, we’ll reduce the pressure on ourselves and think of ‘drawing’ as an activity, rather than a piece of “Work."
Hosted by our drawing expert, Michiel.

About the Creative Studio Sessions
The Creative Studio Sessions are an open invitation to get creative without pressure or expectation. Join our studio experts every weekday evening for a free-wheeling session focusing on a different artistic discipline and theme. These sessions are not art classes, but rather open-ended, dedicated studio time for students to explore concepts, techniques, or creative prompts as set by our studio experts. No matter your skill level, everyone is invited to join. Come if you are looking for new inspiration and ideas, or to try out a new skill. Your creativity is like muscle, it needs a workout!
