In this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to craft a unique textile piece while mastering the art of punch needling. Originally designed for handcrafted rug-making, punch needling has evolved into a versatile technique that we’ll explore together in this class. Using punch needles, embroidery hoops, and a vibrant palette of wool, you will bring your vision to life and take home your one-of-a-kind handmade artwork at the end of the class. 

About the host:
Amber Groethe is a multidisciplinary artist working with painting, ceramics, and textiles. She gives workshops on creativity, mindfulness, and crafts. She loves to bring out the best in everyone, to help people feel comfortable with the creative process and support them with new, creative ideas and techniques.
