Escape the Productivity Trap: Community Workshop

  • Exhale Mekelweg 8-10 Delft, ZH, 2628 CN Netherlands (map)

Start the year right: Escape the productivity trap

In this workshop with Sekai Makoni we will think through the concept of grind culture. Where does it come from, and how can you counter the productivity mindset in your life at TU Delft? Join us to learn more about grind culture, connect and share with other students, and think together about ways to slow down. Leave the session with new, achievable ideas on how you might approach the coming months at school in a way that feels balanced and healthy to you.

This is the first of two “Students Under Pressure” events on productivity and grind culture.

Taking place in Move.
